LANDLORD'S HOUSEHOLD INSURANCE

BUILDINGS INSURANCE

This policy carries a £100 excess on all claims and £1,000 excess on claims for damage by subsidence, landslip or heave.

The policy provides comprehensive contents insurance cover for occupied properties and carries a £50.00 excess..
